Uday Group operates as a wholesale B2B supplier. By creating an account or placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for a legitimate business and that all account, licensing, tax, and resale information you provide is accurate and current. Uday Group may request documentation, approve or deny accounts, restrict products, or cancel orders when verification requirements are not met.
AGE-RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
You must meet all applicable age requirements to access or purchase age-restricted products. You are responsible for ensuring that products are lawful to purchase, possess, resell, and ship to your location and your customers’ locations. Uday Group may use age or identity verification and may refuse or cancel transactions that cannot be verified.
ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, verification, and payment approval. Prices, descriptions, packaging, specifications, and availability may change without notice. Uday Group may correct errors, limit quantities, substitute updated packaging when the product is otherwise equivalent, or cancel and refund an unavailable item.
PAYMENT
Payment must be completed using an approved payment method. If “Call In For Other Payment Option” is selected, you must contact Uday Group and complete payment within 5 days. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and returned to available inventory. Cash on delivery is not offered.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND CLAIMS
Shipping, delivery, damage reporting, return eligibility, and refund processing are governed by the Orders & Returns policy posted on this website and incorporated into these Terms.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product images and colors may vary because of packaging updates, manufacturer changes, lighting, or screen settings. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and confirming suitability before resale or use.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not use this website or products purchased from Uday Group for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse customer accounts, or submit false information.
